In May 2010 we’re asking you to blog for ME/CFS Awareness.
We welcome bloggers for ME, CFS, CFIDS, FMS, FM, MCS, PVFS, Gulf War Syndrome and related conditions.
If you don’t usually blog about your health or the health of someone you know please don’t let this put you off from blogging about it in May. Your post can help us raise awareness amongst an audience who may not usually hear about this group of conditions.
If you are going to blog for ME/CFS Awareness this May we would like to add you to our list of Participants for 2010. Here you can see an up to date list of bloggers and during May we’ll add their posts there too.
Also on this blog you will find Badges you can use on your blog, web site or for your profile picture on sites like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.
As well as blogging there’s also a list of ideas and links for What You Can Do to raise awareness of ME/CFS.
Here’s the link to my blog:

Count me in. :-)
Thanks Laurel and great to see you.
Added you to our list and thanks for joining in.

I was diagnosed with ME/CFS on Friday and, although I am relieved to have a diagnosis after lots of confusion, I am struggling to understand exactly what it is and admit to feeling a little lost.
In an effort to communicate with other people who are in a similar position, I have set up a blog to record my thoughts and would love you to check it out.
Hi Chris and great to see you. Sorry to hear you’ve got ME/CFS but pleased you’ve found other bloggers who have it too. I hope you feel you’re not alone in facing this illness.
I’ve added your blog to your list for participants and hope you’ll join us in spreading a little awareness about this devasting illness and in turn know there’s many others also doing their bit.
Rachel
Hi, Rachel –
Thanks for your note. I know i signed up here last month, when you first posted this – Jo told me about it – but I don’t see my name yet on the list of participants!
So, can you please add me?
Thanks!
Sue
Ooops sorry Sue! I’ll add you now. Thanks for the kindly worded reminder ;)
Rachel
Rachel, I’ll do something again this year, so please count me in.
Hi Rachel-
Count me in also…. : )
Terri
Thanks Terri. Good to see you back. I’ve added your blog to the 2010 list.
Rachel
Count me in too, Rachel (and thanks for the Facebook invite)
M
Hello Michael and thanks. I’ve add your blog to the participant list for 2010 on https://meaware.wordpress.com/participants/
Thanks!
Rachel
Well what a strange coincidence. I just blogged about my daughter (CFS when she was 12) is my inspiration. Here’s the link to the post:

I also have a regular blog dedicated to the illness. There’s a link in the above story, but just in case here’s another:

Gosh, I didn’t even realize that I was already on the list for Living Chronically. The other is not CFS related, but I did blog about it today. You don’t need to post this comment or the post I wrote about inspiration if it doesn’t fall under the guidelines.
